Ingredients:
Button Mushroom 1 cup
Rice flour 1 tblsp
Bengalgram flour 2 tblsp
Chilli powder 1 tblsp
Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala 1 tsp
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Curry leaves few (chopped)
Coriander leaves few (chopped)
salt to taste
Oil for frying
Method:
1.Wash,dry and cut the mushroom into pieces.
2.Take a bowl.Mix all the items mentioned aboe with the mushroom except oil.
Stir well and keep aside.
3.Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry mushroom masala like pakodas and drain on an
absorbent paper.
4.Serve hot with dal and rice.
Nice mushroom 65...so nice....
