Soya Salad

Soy Beans 2 cups (soaked overnight)
Onion 1 (chopped)
Tomato 1 (chopped)
Capsicum 1 (chopped)
Pepper 1 tblsp (crushed)
Lemon juice 2 tblsp
Mint leaves few
Salt to taste
Method:
Boil the soy beans with little salt until tender.
Take a bowl and mix all the other ingredients with soy beans.
Garnish with mint leaves.

Banana Lassi

Ingredients:
Banana 2
Curd 1 cup
Powdered sugar 1 tblsp
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Rose essence 2 drops
Water 1 cup
ice cubes few
Methid:
Blend all the ingredients in a blender.
Pour it in glasses and serve chilled.
