Ingredients:
Tomato 2 (chopped)
Avacodo 2 (chopped)
Onion 1 (thinly sliced)
Cucumber 1 (sliced crosswise)
White vineger 2 tblsp
Lime 1
Olive oil 1 tblsp
Ground pepper 1 tblsp
Method:
Combine all ingredients ina small bowl and toss together.
Let stand for about 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
