1.Onion 4 chopped
2.olive oil 2 tblsp
3.Butter 1 tblsp
4.Garlic 3 small pie es chopped
5.Sugar 1 tsp
6.Mint leaves few
7.Maida flour 1 tblsp
8.Bread slices 4
9.Grated cheese 1/2 cup
1.Take a saucepan,heat the butter and oil over medium heat.
Fry the onion till brown.
Add chopped garlic,mint leaves and sugar.
2.Sprinkle the maida flour and stir until well blended.
Add two cups of water.
Lower the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
3.Top with grated cheese and roasted bread slices.
