1.Curd 2 cups
2.Sugar 1-1/2 cup
3.Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
4.Saffron few strands
5.Pista & almond 1 tblsp (cut into small pieces)
6.Milk 1/4 cup

1.Rub saffron into 1/4 cup milk till well broken and dissolved.
Keep aside.
2.Tie curd in a clean muslin cloth for 6-7 hours.
Take into a bowl. Add sugar and mix.
Beat well till the sugar has dissolved into curd.
Strain it and keepaside.
3.Mix cordamom powder and dissolved saffron and broken nuts.
4.Chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
