Wheat Halwa


1.Samba wheat 100 gm
2.Sugar 300 gm
3.Ghee 150 gm


1.Soak wheat for 12 hours. Drain it and grind it.
Filter it and extract the milk.
2.Take a deep curved pan.Pour the extracted milk.Boil it.
Once it starts thickening add sugar.
When the sugar dissolves add ghee.
3.Stir on low flame till the ghee oozes out.
Take a round plate.Spread a tsp of ghee evenly.
Pour the halwa on it and cut into pieces.
